Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, then drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Processing
Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5-7 business days of arrival to issue your refund or ship out your new exchange items.
